A venue operating as a food court, you could reach out to food that’s steamed, stewed or from teppanyaki style etc. food was alright. Floor was a bit greasy and the tables were not super clean. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Cleanliness : 5 Customer service:4 Food Classification: Messed up -5 Ordering tech system: -4 When we reached in the afternoon, the buffet was over and those working in the restaurant were having lunch. One on the employees, who could communicate in some English, helped us place our order despite being seated for food. Given that we cannot eat beef and avoid pork, we looked for items without these in the order placing kiosk. Unfortunately, the kiosk (even after selecting English as language option) continued to display items in Chinese/Cantonese. We used google translate to check for our choice of items and had the young energetic employee place our order. We ended up with 1 chicken noodles and 1 chicken in pork rice. As a habit we do not waste food and ended up disposing the pork pieces and having the rice. The noodles was great and more than made up some of the poor experience with the rice. The restaurant is super clean including the serving area and most employees seems happy to serve customers. The buffet did not have name plates for items (and people like us with dietary restrictions would be in a hot soup) although the variety seemed good. After closure of the buffet, all the leftovers were disposed off in a thrash can. We would have been happier if leftovers could have gone to some soup kitchen, if there is such a concept in HK. Even if we do visit HK anytime in the future, We will avoid until tech bugs are resolved with the ordering kiosk and symbols system (pig for pork, cow for beef, goat for lamb, etc) are put up in the buffet.
