若い香港人のご夫婦がやっているアイスクリームとコーヒーのお店。 ショッピングモールの中にあり、一見するとマカロンでも売っていそうなインスタ映え店舗に見えるが、季節ごとに異なる香港産の野菜やフルーツを使ったジェラート・アイスを提供している硬派な店舗で、さらに香港産の野菜そのものも販売している。 スタッフの方は親切で、香港の農業や環境に対して強い思いを持っており、フレーバーの説明もわかりやすい。 今回食べた蕉徑水果粟米牛奶雪糕(新界・蕉徑のフルーツコーンを使ったミルクアイス)はミルクの味わいの中にコーンの甘みが広がっていて、思わずおかわりしたくなるほど美味しかった。 こういったお店にしては珍しくショッピングモール内にあり、入りやすい雰囲気。営業時間も遅くまでやっており、仕事の後にご褒美として食べに行くこともできる。. Local Fruit Corn & Milk Local Shiso, Tumeric & Apple Cinnamon Apple The Fruit Corn & Milk has a slight sweet corn flavor while the Shiso, Tumeric & Apple was mainly shiso flavor. Overall pretty light-flavored gelato and not too sweet.

Everyone may have been to the upstairs cafe and the island cafe. I wonder if you have heard of the Cafe introduced this time? Weeds Gelato & Coffee in Wo Fu, North Point is a Cafe in the food court. It mainly sells hand-brewed coffee and handmade gelato, and also offers a small amount of salty food. And their ingredients use seasonal crops from local farms. Since the store is located in the corner of the food court, it might be easy to miss it. In fact, when you see the pink area, that’s the area of the food court. You’ll see it when you walk in! This food court has several check-in spots, such as the flower wall and the rainbow tunnel. I even saw someone bringing their dog to take pictures that day! There are also bookcases where you can pick up books for free, or you can put down suitable books that you don’t need. Spinach & Mushroom Panini ($56) + Latte ($23) You can get a discount of -$10 off the regular price when purchasing specific food items and drinks, excluding hand-brewed coffee. Many cafes require drinks to be ordered a la carte. This combo set looks very attractive, and the latte is quite delicious. Panini uses sourdough buns. Although the hot sandwich is crispy, it is also tough. The filling is filled with spinach, brown mushrooms and double cheese, which is very rich! My friend tried their handmade gelato - double chocolate gelato with meringue cup & cinnamon apple It’s also a good choice for afternoon tea!
