Wellington Grill and Bar might be tucked in a quiet area of Yuen Long, but this cozy bistro is a rare find in the district! For first-timers, their value-for-money set for 2 is a great choice, or you can go à-la-carte like my husband and I did! Seared Hokkaido Scallop with Cauliflower Cream. Nicely seared scallops were tender and juicy inside, paired with a smooth cauliflower cream with soft texture and subtle flavors. Duck Leg Confit with Red Wine Jus. A French classic The duck leg is cured and slow-cooked to perfection — crispy skin, pink tender meat that melts in your mouth! Gemelli Carbonari. Think mac ’n’ cheese-level richness The gemelli pasta is al dente, and its unique shape holds the creamy, cheesy sauce beautifully. The smoky pancetta also added a salty depth!
