Finally made it to this neighborhood bar after passing by for years but it being closed during the day when I usually walk by. Only ordered negronis and they’re great - stiff but smooth. You can pick your own vinyl to play from their library, though I didn’t use this service even though I was the only one here on a rainy Tuesday evening. Barman happened to be showing his colleague how to cut the perfect ice cube with a knife for over 29 minutes - appreciate the dedication to the craft. Support our local Sai Ying Pun businesses! The vibes here are immaculate!! The bartender was super patient and friendly. Of course the drinks were really good too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $100–150
