私の前に10組並んでいましたが美味しそうなお店だったので名前を記入して外で待ってました。なかなか呼ばれず30分くらいして名簿を見ると順番が抜かされていました私達は向かい側のお店(営業中)や隣のお店の邪魔にならないように数m離れたところに居ましたしかし、呼ばれれば反応できたはず。お店のスタッフの対応は並び直し。繁盛店なら少しマナーのある接客と近隣のお店に配慮した順番待ちを心がけるべきです. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We visited this tiny breakfast spot twice during our 3 day stay in Taichung because we liked it so much. They serve traditional Taiwanese breakfast items. We especially enjoyed the Scezchuan fried chicken sandwich, radish cakes, peanut butter toast with nuts, veggie egg crepe, sweet potato egg crepe, and fried eggs. Delicious self serve sauces, attentive staff, and spotless, beautiful interior and exterior. Very busy but worth the wait. Don't miss it! We were in Taichung for 3 days and I had the idea of saving money by eating the free breakfast at the hotel. On the 3rd day the wife convinced me to go out for breakfast to Whisker. The restaurant is hidden away in a alley but seemed to have a steady stream of customers. The inside was beautifully decorated, very clean and modern. We ordered the Szechuan chicken on crepe and spicy fried chicken sando. With my first bite I had two immediate thoughts, joy at how good the food was and regret that we didn't go earlier because we would have come back 2 more times to try different things. The chicken was juicy, crispy and had the perfect level of spice. The bread was AMAZING, soft, fluffy and toasted lightly. The crepe was not oily at all, thin and crispy. The Szechuan chicken had a peppery spiced flavour. We also ordered a lemon iced tea and a fresh milk tea which were good. If we're ever back to Taichung this place is a must visit.
