The restaurant is open air, but clean, and I did not notice any bugs. I ordered a latte and Pad Thai. Both were delicious! The Pad Thai was not spicy and might be too small for some as a stand-alone dish, but it was priced well. There are spicy dishes on the menu if that's what you're into. (I'm not!) The staff was very nice. I was there early in the morning, and it was pleasant listening to the waves crash against the shore. You can walk onto the beach from there when the tide has receded enough.
