Hey John As I am sure you know we do not have any control over the food apps we do not take the money in fact we pay 35% commission to them for the permission for them to take our order and once you pay we have no control over that we have a very low cancellation rate but there is nothing we can do. However you can always send up a facebook message and send a grab express to pick up your order and we send you a scan to pay please understand this is not us. thank you We have noticed a big drop in service over the past year with them picking up multiple orders at a time which cannot be good for customer and cancelling orders or not even accepting them etc Grab is the main delivery app but it starting to suck Again we encourage you to contact us direct and use Grab express works great thank you and we apologise to you even though its not us
