Last night we chose to dine here, after experiencing good food and service at the Hua Hin branch of this chain. We arrived just after 7pm, with only 10 other diners in the restaurant. The waitress took our order for a bottle of red wine and then just stood there, I asked her to get the wine first before ordering food. After she poured the wine, i requested she give us 5 minutes to review the menu. She never did return, so after 15 minutes I called another waiter over. The food was delicious- slow cooked pork ribs, pappadelle bolognaise and a tossed garden salad. As for more service, it never happened. We ended up pouring our own wine during the meal. After sitting with empty plates on the table for 20 minutes, I called over the waiter to clear our table and bring the bill. He did so, without finishing the clearing; we paid and took our glasses of wine to the outdoor area to finish. So few guests, lots of staff and other guests pouring their own wine as well. And a 10% service charge on the bill- for what? Better service at small Thai street restaurants. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿800–1,000
