We would like to rate 0 star for Wine Connection Bistro (Capital Square) due to poor experience on 7.56PM , Friday , 6th May 2022.Online advance booking for indoor table for 8 pm was made and confirmation email was received. We had reached WC on 7.55PM but we were told that no indoor table was reserved for us.We planned to celebrate birthday but the event was ruined due to gap between online booking system and poor arrangement done by your staffs.it seemed that your staff do not understand the meaning of advance booking. He was not able to assist the situation .Please ensure that advance booking system serve its purpose if you released it to the public.
