We really like this place — the food is excellent and we come here often. But honestly, the interior design feels very outdated, and all of our friends say the same thing. The biggest problem is the huge advertising stickers on the windows. They completely block the view outside and create a strange atmosphere inside. Sometimes it honestly feels more like eating in a subway station than in a nice restaurant. Please consider removing those stickers and finding another way to advertise. Right now they make the place look cheap and unattractive, even though the food is great. Everything else is wonderful. And when you finally renovate the place, I’ll gladly come back and leave another review with even more stars :) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my recent order from Wine Connection. This was my second time ordering from your shop, and I usually enjoy your food, which is why this experience was very disappointing. Last night, I ordered the Australian Rib Eye with mashed potatoes. I specifically requested the steak to be cooked medium, but it arrived medium rare instead. More concerning was the mashed potato, which tasted sour and seemed unsafe for consumption. I immediately stopped eating the meal after only trying a small portion because the taste was clearly not right. I also contacted the outlet directly and asked if they could please check or try the food themselves to confirm whether it was safe for consumption, but unfortunately I did not receive any response at all. I have photos of the food as proof, including the unfinished meal that I had to throw away. I also attempted to file a complaint through the Grab app, but the response I received only stated that I had received the correct order. My complaint is not about receiving the wrong item — it is about the quality and condition of the food served. I hope this matter can be properly reviewed, as food quality and customer safety should be taken seriously. I would appreciate a proper response and resolution regarding this experience. I have added a photo of my order this morning, as a proof that I threw away the food and didn't consume last night... Price per person: ฿800–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Nice restaurant, a well-known chain here in Thailand.The tapas are good, and I also liked the clams. The only downside is that they were too heavily deglazed with wine, so the sauce ended up a bit watery instead of creamy.There are tables both indoors and outdoors, and you can pay with Visa or Mastercard, which is convenient.
