ordered the kecap manis but it came in a spicy sauce instead. I can’t take spicy food, imagine ordering it for kids and it turns out to be spicy. Given the consistently bad feedback on google and grab, I think the management is not acting on correcting/improving the team. Hi Kaiwen, thank you for your feedback. Our Kecap Manis is a sweet soy-based sauce paired with chili flakes, which makes it spicy (rated 3 on our heat scale). As such, we do not recommend this flavor for children. If you are looking for non-spicy options, we suggest trying our Teriyaki, Garlic Parmesan, or Hickory Smoked BBQ flavors. Thank you for your support. - Customer Service

Think again before you try to order from Wingstop Bishan, they are not on time with their service. Even if you are close by, dont do self collection from bishan too. Came on time for collection and the order was shown to be preparing. Many are also waiting for their orders as it was delayed.
