I made a reservation for 16 people through LINE well in advance and specifically chose the Platinum Buffet package because we were looking forward to the premium dishes, especially the river prawns and foie gras sushi, which are some of the main reasons people pay for the Platinum package. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the restaurant, we were informed that several popular items were unavailable, including the river prawns, crispy roasted pork, foie gras sushi, and even ice cream. A notice was displayed at the entrance listing these unavailable items. What disappointed me the most was the lack of communication. Since I had booked directly with the restaurant via LINE, I believe the staff should have informed me in advance that these signature dishes would not be available on the day of our reservation. Had we known beforehand, we could have chosen another restaurant. Instead, we only found out after all 16 members of our group had arrived. At that point, it was too late and too inconvenient to change our plans. I understand that supply issues can happen, but keeping customers informed is part of good customer service, especially for large group reservations. I hope the management will improve their communication with customers in the future to avoid disappointing others. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
