サトーンエリアにある「WisetWiso Bangkok」へご招待されて行ってきましたタイ宮廷料理の伝統を現代的に表現したファインダイニングレストランです。料理は見た目の美しさだけでなく、タイ各地の食材や伝統的な技法が取り入れられており、一皿ごとに異なる味わいを楽しめます。特に印象的だったのはワインペアリング。料理単体でも楽しめますが、ワインと合わせることで香りや余韻が広がり、より完成された味わいに感じました。オーナーシェフのプーム氏は、Chef Fest Thailand優勝やTop Chef Thailandへの出場経験を持つ実力派シェフ。タイ料理の伝統と現代的な感性が融合した、特別な食体験を楽しめる一軒でした. Really enjoyed the interesting mix of flavours and the creativity behind each dish at Wi Set Wi So. The food presentation was thoughtful and unique, making every dish exciting to discover. Had the 11-course tasting menu, and it was such a wonderful experience! Every dish was beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared, making each course feel special. I especially loved how the menu showcased Thai cuisine in such a creative and elegant way while still keeping the authentic flavors. Every plate was not only delicious but also looked like a work of art. The service was excellent as well. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and took the time to explain each dish, making the whole experience feel warm and personal.
