We order this on grab, as we kept meaning to make the trip when living in Phuket but forgot about it. It's very much UK Chinese style food, which is great for us as that's what we wanted a UK style Chinese. Portions are big enough. The combo box is also just the right amount of food. Salt and Pepper dishes were good. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿500–600 Food: 5

Ordered rheoythe website. Waited for an hour and a half, called, was told it was coming. Waited another hour. Called again. They said they'd call me back, but never did. Called again and asked for a refund. They said the food would arrive in 2 minutes. Five minutes later, they texted that the driver left it on a table outside claiming that they called me many times. I never got a call, but I did wait a total of 3 HOURS(!) before actually receiving my order because the irresponsible driver didn't even tell anyone who the food was for so that they could ring my room. Plus, I was sitting in the lobby the whole time, so they could have easily found me if they'd come inside. I should have been given a refund after the first 2 hours, but couldn't get a straight answer. Assuming the food is cold now and that it won't be very good because of that. Price per person: ฿1,000+ Service: 1
