Absolutely appalling experience at Wraptor Ari. The service was beyond unacceptable from the moment we sat down. We were ignored for over 15 minutes despite making direct eye contact with the server multiple times and even calling for her attention. It genuinely felt like customers dining in were being completely neglected. One particular staff member (the overweight lady) provided absolutely no sense of hospitality or warmth whatsoever and actively ignored customers for long periods. The lack of attentiveness and basic customer service was honestly shocking. The service was painfully slow throughout the entire experience. After finally managing to place our order (after waiting 15-20 mins), we waited another 30+ minutes only to then be informed that the smoky beef was sold out. This should have been communicated to us while ordering, not after making us wait half an hour!! To make matters worse, one of the plates served to us had a visible stain on it, which is completely unhygienic and unacceptable. It honestly felt like the staff suddenly remembered there were actually customers in the restaurant. We also noticed multiple customers walking out because of how slow the service was. On top of that, the server spoke almost no English despite the restaurant clearly attracting a large number of foreign customers. Slow food, appalling service, unhygienic presentation, and customers being ignored for long periods. Easily one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had in Bangkok.
