We went yesterday and I must say I’m really disappointed. While the view of the falls is absolutely stunning, the overall experience was marred by several issues. First off, the service was downright terrible. The server who attended to us clearly did not want to be there, giving off an attitude and a vibe that made us feel uncomfortable. It’s sad to see staff members who seem unhappy and not willing to engage in basic customer service. Next, the toilet facilities were appalling. It was not only dirty but also smelled awful. It’s hard to believe a place with such a beautiful view can neglect cleanliness in such an important area. Lastly, the food was overpriced and underwhelming. For the amount we paid, the quality didn’t come close to justifying the price. While the view is a highlight, the terrible service, unclean restrooms, and overpriced, mediocre food make it hard to recommend Wulai Three Cafe. It’s a real shame, as the location has so much potential. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
