One of the must-try shops in Kwai Chung Plaza! The prawn broth noodles are incredibly rich and flavorful, made fresh daily with red prawns. The fried prawns are crispy and fresh, and the newly launched udon with soy-marinated egg is perfectly cooked. Even the cheese omelet noodles were a pleasant surprise—you can choose your spice level and it packs a punch. Great variety, fair prices, and definitely worth a visit if you love bold prawn flavors.
