It’s located near Nanjing Fuxing MRT, in the basement level under Starbucks (entrance is across from Sunmerry Bakery.) The portions are generous and there are so many ingredients in the bowl, it’s a nice change of pace compared to the boring Taiwanese noodle dishes. I usually don’t like tofu skin but it’s so thin, the crispy texture adds to the quality of the bowl of noodles. I’d come back! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
