美味しい牛肉麺です．もちろん日本人の舌にも合います．特にこの日は寒かったので温かいスープが身にしみました．次の旅行でも利用したいと思います．

Xi Shu Zhuan Beef Noodle Restaurant is a simple yet very cozy local restaurant that delivers an outstanding culinary experience. The atmosphere is modest and authentic, which makes the experience feel even more genuine and welcoming. Despite its simplicity, the restaurant stands out for the quality of its food. The beef noodle soup is absolutely exceptional—without a doubt the best one we tried in Taipei. The broth is rich and deeply flavorful, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and the beef is tender and delicious. If you are looking for an authentic Taiwanese dining experience and want to taste one of the best beef noodle soups in the city, this place is definitely worth visiting.
