Roasted pork was on point, skin is crispy and there's no porky taste. Char Siew could be better if roast a little longer to make it softer, blend of fat and meat is good. They only accept cash, do note this. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I recently visited Xiang Mei Roasted Meat at Bukit Batok Central S11, and let me tell you, it was incredible! The stall is a bit hidden, but the line was a good sign. I opted for the char siew rice, and it was fantastic. The char siew had a beautiful caramelized exterior and was melt-in-your-mouth tender, with a perfect sweet and savory sauce. I also tried their roasted pork. The skin was incredibly crisp, shattering with a satisfying crackle, and the meat was juicy and flavorful. Both the char siew and roasted pork were clear standouts, and for the price, it's unbeatable. The plated rice comes with a big bowl of soup too! If you're in Bukit Batok and craving some delicious roasted meats, Xiang Mei is a must-try!
