2025年9月訪問。 人気のあるカキ氷屋さん。 時間によっては待ちの列ができます。 回転は早い。 今回はマンゴーカキ氷を注文。美味い。 前回は2016年に来たけど何を食べたか忘れてしまった。

Xin Fa Ting Shaved Ice is a must-visit spot for anyone in the Shi Lin night market looking for a refreshing and delicious dessert. The shaved ice is traditional Taiwanese and hits all the right spots – it's light, fluffy, and perfectly sweet. I opted for the staff's recommendation and went for the matcha red bean shaved ice, which was absolutely heavenly. The matcha flavor was rich and authentic, and the red bean added a nice level of texture and flavor. If you're in the area and looking for a tasty and satisfying dessert, I highly recommend giving Xin Fa Ting Shaved Ice a try. You won't be disappointed
