Stumbled upon Charcoal Roasted Meat 火炭烧腊 at Teban Garden and honestly — what a gem! Their dang gui roasted duck is outstanding — crispy skin, tender meat and a really nice herbal aroma that’s flavourful without being overpowering. Pair it with their noodles and wah super shiok, can’t stop eating! The char siew is another winner — roasted in-house with a caramelised edge, slightly smoky and really addictive. You can taste the effort and quality in every bite Service was friendly, prices were fair, and portions were satisfying. Definitely one of the better roasted meat stalls I’ve tried in Singapore! Highly recommend — worth travelling for Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
