Pure comfort food bliss! Tried this traditional Georgian Khachapuri and it was amazing. The bread is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Tearing off a piece of the warm crust and dipping it into the rich, gooey mix of melted cheese, butter, and egg yolk is pure heaven. The Khinkali in the background were also super juicy and flavorful. A must-try if you love cheese! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Nice little spot, very clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable to dine in. What we liked: Khinkalis were very fresh. The veggies in the Georgian salad were finely cut. The Khachapuri was delicious. Large beers were reasonably priced. Several Georgian wines available by the glass. Their prices are honest (no surcharges). Service was excellent. What could be improved: the fried Khinkalis need some kind of sauce like yogurt, garlic or Ajika. Both the steamed and fried Khinkalis need some more flavor, I think the herbs are missing. Something also missing from the flavor of the Georgian salad. I know this place is fairly new. Hopefully they'll expand the menu a bit and keep working to perfect the food they're already serving.

Thank you for review, and I would like to thank you separately for such a detailed dive into the topic. I understand that many people like sauces, but traditionally in Georgia it’s not customary to serve khinkali with sauce, it’s same as pouring ketchup on pasta , the true taste of khinkali is revealed only with black pepper, and only with it. That’s why we trying to do our best for following our traditions. We are really care about opinions of our guests , again thank you
