If there are any Taiwanese restaurants in Tainan worth recommending, the first one would definitely be Xinxin Restaurant. Even though he is old, Chef Atu still goes into the kitchen every day to control the quality of each dish. Chef Atu can taste every signature dish at Xinxin Restaurant.
