台北で一番好きなレストラン、それが秀蘭小館です。 ここに来るたび、「あぁ、やっぱりこの店だ」と再確認させられます。 看板料理の獅子頭の鍋は、ふんわりジューシーな肉団子に旨味が染み出したスープがたまらない逸品。さらに海老と豆の一皿に高菜ごはんにオンすれば、香りと食感のコントラストが完璧な一皿に仕上がります。 味つけは程よくあっさりとしていながら、決して物足りなさはなく、野菜は素材本来の甘みと香りがしっかり。歯ごたえを残した調理で、まるで“畑から直送”のような新鮮さを感じられます。 化学調味料を使わない丁寧な料理は、まさに素材を活かした上質な家庭料理。派手さや奇をてらった演出ではなく、「毎日でも食べたい」と思わせる確かな安心感があります。 台北で、本物のやさしさと滋味深さを味わいたい方には、迷わずおすすめしたい一軒です。. Two may be too harsh, but it is really the most disappointing restaurant I have eaten at in recent years. Michelin is not worth mentioning. I have never agreed with the taste of tire dealers. It’s just that this shop is near the office and someone found it, so I gave it a chance to become a "one-time shop"! The worst thing is the chicken soup. The chicken is so bad. Mixing shredded bamboo shoots and fresh bamboo shoots is a clever idea, but it can’t compete with the chicken soup! The lion head is also so popular that it makes people cry. Home-cooked food maybe? I recommend the lion’s head from the nearby Liupin Restaurant and the delicious restaurant on Linsen South Road. It’s more delicious and special than the one at Xiulan Restaurant. The roasted duck with green onion is special, but the duck meat is also cooked with firewood. The chef's control of the heat was considered unsatisfactory by the younger one. The seasoning is okay, okay. The beef stew with radish was not good either, it was bitter and not sweet. Sigh~ In the first-level war zone of Yongkang Street East Gate Station, it is the only thing worth mentioning that such a taste can still stand.
