Part of the Silvercord mall in Tsim Sha Tsui. I think that, as improvised casual dining, ( like before or after the cinema for example) it is ok. Teppanyaki is the most modern and west influenced Japanese cuisine type, they cook your food in front of you, or anyway from a visible place, fried meat or fish with vegetables. We took Wagyu beef with Hokkaido pork, their halibut, Calamari, shrimps and as well their Teppanyaki Seasonal Vegetables. Xpress teppanyaki ingredients were ok, as well as the cooking, is easy to order and the service is kind. The ratio quality versus price is correct I think. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
