We had a semi buffet lunch at YAMA. Since the restaurant is Japanese themed, this is too a Japanese style buffet. Staff was very accommodating and welcoming - very decent experience in terms of a gathering and a birthday celebration. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: HK$300–350 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Salad bar

First of all, the sukiyaki sold was a shabu-shabu instead of sukiyaki. The lobster is literally all covered with mayonnaise and every dishes were seasoned weirdly. Food was not authentic, the pork rice and udon were so bad that we could not finish them. Service was poor. Only plus point is the nice quiet environment. Will never revisit and do not recommend. Meal type: Dinner
