Order was taken at 10.40am and food items were only partially ready at 11am. Before that, the whole line of customers in the queue were waiting for the cashier to key in the online orders, which was then prepared before that of the customers standing/sitting in the store. Long wait times, unapologetic staff, and just very poor process management. To ignore the customers that were present to take and fulfill multiple online orders is just poor etiquette. There were 5 staff operating the store and they were definitely not short staffed. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

One of my favourite Ya Kun outlets in the east! Service is efficient, staff are attentive, and the standard of food is consistently good. The kaya toast was perfectly toasted with generous filling, and the coffee tasted great as always. Convenient location too if you’re around Changi Business Park or Expo area. Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
