The service attitude of a middle-aged female staff member was extremely poor. Although the reservation was made together, we were actually separate groups and seated at different tables. However, we were told that no one could order until everyone had arrived. Since some people were late, those who arrived earlier could not order or eat and had to wait while very hungry. Everyone wanted different items and did not intend to share, so we preferred to order individually. However, the staff kept insisting that everyone should order together and share, and her displeasure was very obvious. After ordering, when someone was still hungry and wanted to order more, she said in an annoyed tone, “Why can’t you order everything at once? It takes too much time.” The grill fire was too weak, and the meat could not be properly cooked. When someone tried to adjust the fire, their hand was slapped away and they were shouted at, “Don’t touch.” The grill was already very burnt. When we asked to change it, we were told that it could only be replaced when the entire edges were completely black. In the end, it was never changed, and we had to slowly cook using the edges. Maybe foreigners do not fully understand Japanese yakiniku culture, but is it necessary to treat customers this way? It might be better not to accept foreign customers at all. 中年の女性スタッフの接客対応に強い違和感を感じました。 一緒に予約していたにもかかわらず、実際には別々のグループで席も分かれている状況でしたが、全員が揃うまで注文できないとの案内でした。遅れて来る人がいる中で、先に到着している側が注文も食事もできず待ち続ける必要がある点については、もう少し柔軟な対応や事前の説明があってもよいのではないかと感じました。 また、個別に注文したいという希望に対して、「一緒に注文してシェアしてほしい」と繰り返し言われ、不満そうな様子が伝わってきたのも印象的でした。 追加注文の際には「時間がかかるので最初にまとめて注文してほしい」とのことでしたが、忙しい状況であっても、伝え方次第で受け取り方は大きく変わると感じます。 さらに、火力が弱く肉が焼けない状態にもかかわらず特に対応はなく、自分で調整しようとした際には強く制止されました。 網の交換についても、かなり焦げている状態でも「全体が黒くならないと交換できない」とのことで、結果的に最後まで交換されませんでした。 焼肉店としてのルールや運営上の事情があることは理解しますが、全体を通してもう少し丁寧な説明や配慮があれば、受ける印象は大きく異なったと思います。. 良心的な価格な人気店、冬季など繁忙期は予約しないと入れないです。 ご家族で経営されてる感じ、アットホームな雰囲気もいいです。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥4,000–5,000

The front of house staff actively discouraged me from trying to sit down. On three separate occasions, I had experienced this from the same lady. I was told there was no space for me even though the restaurant was empty. I was told they are fully booked but on trying to book a table for a different evening was told I am unable to. Not sure of this was because I am gaijin or she just hates all the customers. I have tried to be seated here with a native Japanese speaker too. It is customery in japan to wait for a table to become free but we were shouted at from across the restaurant not to wait by the door. On the third occasion after battling with this woman we managed to get a table as someone while we were trying to get seated. Obviously not all things hard fought for are worth it. The lady was not happy to serve us and we didn't feel welcome. The meat was good though and the other staff was lovely. You are probably wondering why I tried to hard to eat here...I ask myself that same question. 玄関のスタッフは私が座ろうとするのを積極的にやめさせました。 3回に分けて、私は同じ女性からこのような経験をしました。 レストランは空いていたのに、私のためのスペースがないと言われました。 満席だと言われましたが、別の夜のテーブルを予約しようとすると、予約できないと言われました。 これは私が外人だからなのか、それとも彼女がただ客を嫌っているだけなのかはわかりません。 私も日本語を母国語とする人と一緒に座ろうとしました。 日本ではテーブルが空くのを待つのが顧客らしいですが、レストランの向こうからドアの近くで待つなと怒鳴られました。 この女性と戦った後の3回目で、私たちは席に着こうとしていたときに、なんとか誰かとしてテーブルを手に入れることができました。 明らかに、苦労して勝ち取ったものすべてに価値があるわけではありません。 女性は私たちにサービスを提供することに満足していなかったので、私たちは歓迎されているとは感じませんでした。 お肉は美味しかったですが、他のスタッフも素敵でした。 なぜ私がここで頑張って食べようとしたのか疑問に思うかもしれません...私も同じ質問を自分に問います。.
