A lot of room for improvement I decided to try this yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) restaurant at Hopewell Mall during the afternoon, but unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. The Environment (Way too hot!): The storefront has an open-concept entrance. There isn't enough air conditioning to begin with, and combined with the heat from the BBQ grills, it was unbearably hot. I definitely won't be returning during the summer months. The Service: I had to explicitly ask the staff just to get a glass of room-temperature water. For a Japanese-style restaurant, serving ice water should be the bare minimum—even a self-serve water station would be fine. They really need to improve the customer experience, especially considering how hot it already is inside the dining area. The Food: The food was just mediocre. The only highlight for me was the garlic BBQ sauce, which had a nice, sweet flavor. Overall, the dining experience really needs to be improved. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100–150

Decent value when they offer their afternoon tea set at HKD50 on weekdays but they can certainly improve on the freshness of their salad.. Appears they take the special away on holidays. Watch out. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $200–250 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
