일요일 집사람하고 동네 시찰나갓다가 유명하단 말에 즉각반응한 매장. 메뉴를보니 음. 야끼소바로 결정. 제목에, 수제소스로 철판에 센불에 볶은 야키소바. 삼겹추가, 새우추가 가능하다해서 다 넣어 주문. 종 시간 걸려 쨘 나왔는데 비쥬얼은 굿. 일단 맛을보자. 음 난 일본 야끼소보로 생각하고 주문햇는데 살짝 실망. 일단 면때문인듯. 맛도 좀 모자라고 시제품같아 좀 실망햇음. 10~20대 입맛인것같음. On Sunday, my wife and I went out to check around the neighborhood and stopped by a place that immediately caught our attention because it was said to be famous. After looking at the menu, we decided on yakisoba. The menu described it as yakisoba stir-fried on a hot griddle with homemade sauce, and it said you could add pork belly and shrimp—so we added everything and placed our order. After a while, it finally came out, and the presentation looked great. Time for a taste. Hmm I ordered it expecting traditional Japanese yakisoba, so I was a bit disappointed. I think the noodles were the main issue. The flavor also felt a little lacking, and it tasted somewhat like a mass-produced product. Overall, it was a bit disappointing. It felt more suited to the taste of people in their teens or twenties. 日曜日に妻と一緒に近所を視察がてら出かけて、有名だという言葉に反応して立ち寄ったお店。 メニューを見て、「うーん」と悩んだ末、焼きそばに決定。 「自家製ソースで鉄板で強火で炒めた焼きそば」と書いてあり、豚バラ追加・エビ追加が可能だったので、全部追加して注文。 しばらく待って「じゃん」と出てきた料理は、ビジュアルはとても良かった。 さて、味はどうか。 うーん日本の焼きそばをイメージして注文したので、少し残念。まず麺が原因かなという印象。味もやや物足りなく、既製品のように感じてしまった。正直、少し期待外れ。10代〜20代向けの味付けだと思った。ㅎ Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩40,000–50,000 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
