Don’t waste your time going there. I asked the staff about the ingredients in the bread and whether it contained any meat. Instead of answering, they simply kept quiet and walked away. The customer service was extremely poor—they couldn’t even be bothered to assist a customer. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Bread quality has dropped significantly. But that’s not the problem I had with my experience today. An uncle queuing in front of me dropped one of the pieces of bread he was buying. The staff picked up the bread and told him that he still had to be charged for that piece he dropped. He was going to be charged for 4 pieces of bread even though he now had 3 left. I was taken aback slightly and I could tell the uncle was too. After some thought, the uncle said he was ok to pay but he would like to take home the piece of bread he dropped too. The staff then said they had thrown the bread away too and had nothing to give him. This sight alone was enough to ensure that I would never patronize this company again and would love to advise all my friends against it too. Show some customer service to your customers. A piece of bread costs just a little and it’s nothing compared to the business that the customers are still going to give you. Thankfully, another staff gave the uncle a fresh piece of bread as the dropped piece had been thrown away. If not, I would definitely said something to defend the uncle in front of me. Zero customer service, zero empathy from this company. Train your staff better. But perhaps the problem starts from the company management in the first place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Review of Yamazaki by Four Leaves @ VivoCity Having visited many of Four Leaves’ more popular bakery concepts — including Country Brot, St Leaven, Épi d’Or, and Yamazaki — I’m quite familiar with their offerings. Many of their signature bakes are consistently available across these brands, including outlets under the main Four Leaves name. It’s great to see how Four Leaves has expanded and become so easily accessible across every corner of Singapore. This Yamazaki outlet at VivoCity is one of the smallest I’ve visited, but it makes up for its size with sheer convenience. It’s a perfect spot for a quick stop to pick up my favourite bakes, especially when I’m in the area. Some of my must-buy favourites here include: 1. Sea Salt Sio Pan 2. Sio Pan Honey Ham 3. Mini Mochi Chocolate 4. Coconut Raisin 5. Bak Kwa & Floss Bun Reliable quality, comforting flavours, and consistently satisfying — this outlet may be small, but it delivers exactly what I’m looking for. Thank you, Yamazaki chefs!
