豆腐は滑らかでクセが無く美味しい。しかも35元と言う安さで、他にもレモン豆花を出すお店がありますが、価格、雰囲気、味は、このお店が1番美味しいと思いました。高雄の豆花は10軒以上行きましたが、ここは食べる価値があります。女性店主も優しい人です。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It has been several months since my visit to Taiwan but I still think about the douhua (tofu pudding) from this place everyday. Back in my country, I never like douhua since it's mostly served with hot ginger soup and the pudding tastes bland. Yancheng Wang's Handmade Tofu Pudding broke my negative view of douhua and I can easily nominate their douhua as my favorite food in the world. It is very comforting to my soul, very delectable to my palate, and it poses no harm to my bank account. The douhua itself is great, and there are several types of soup you can choose to accompany your douhua. Initially, I picked douhua with soy milk (doujiang) and I love it very much I decided to get another helping with kumquat juice, which is very refreshing. The next day, just before I left Taiwan, I chose this place to have my last meal in Taiwan, they really left a great impression on me. One day, I will make sure to visit Taiwan again and reunite with this ethereal dessert. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
