We had lunch here, and it was very disappointing and truly one of the worst meals I’ve had in Thailand across 4 trips. The food was served lukewarm and flavorless and reminded me of dorm/cafeteria-quality food I couldn’t believe it would be served at a 5-star hotel’s restaurant. I can regularly get better Thai food at any run-of-the-mill Thai restaurant in the U.S. No one came by to provide any service for 10 minutes after we sat down. I had to eventually wave down a waiter to order our food. The food took a long time to come, and then we had to ask for basic things like napkins to be provided. This really affects my opinion of the hotel in general — hard to recommend a stay here when one of their main restaurants is of this poor quality. Last night we arrived at the Hotel room 514 we were tired and opted to eat at the hotel . What a disaster , restaurant really understaffed waited 30 min for someone to acknowledge our presence and take order . Then we ordered 5 Thai dishes Tom yum talay - khao pad sparod - khao pad moo - Kai satay - 2 omelets , all of them came cold , the rice was like just out the fridge , the food that we accepted was tasteless and really bad . How can u make so bad thai food i have no idea ! For a 5 stars hotel this is unacceptable . We canceled most of the dishes and went eat outside . Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿1,800–2,000

I ordered the steak twice here and it was not medium as I ordered. It came out well done both times I do not approve. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿2,000+ Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
