I booked around 4 PM specifically for a table in a good location and arrived at 8 PM. However, the staff moved me to a poor location and gave the better table to another customer. If the table I booked was no longer available, he should have informed me in advance. When I asked, he simply said that another person had already booked it. This is unacceptable and feels like customers are being treated unfairly. Good service is not about education—it is about ethics and integrity. I hope the owner is aware of this kind of staff behavior and takes appropriate action. This guy look like senior or manager as fat man and left hand have tattoo. Service: 1
