Firstly, before I come to Hong Kong, I had already planned my itinerary for vegetarian/vegan food. I personally is a vegetarian and vegan. Secondly, Yau Veggie Diner mainly is a burger based cafe restaurant. Their another franchise under the brand name "Yau" which is Yau Veggie Bistro, also located in the Mills, level 1. Thirdly, before patronizing Yau Veggie Diner, I had lunch at Yau Veggie Bistro. Over here, I ordered the Classic Burger and Tarter Tots. Food was freshly prepared and it taste marvelous. Once again, it taste like the real meat, but it is truly plant based. As I was still quite full, I ate half and takeaway the leftovers for breakfast the next day. It is still fresh and delicious. Lastly, 5 stars because of their service were very friendly and attentive. There is only one guy serving. Asked if I am to patronize again? Probably, once a while, it is worth it. Best wishes! This is a fun little 1950's style American diner serving up vegetarian burgers, sides, shakes and soda on the 1/F of The Mill's in Tsuen Wan. Seating is atmospheric and veggie burgers are pretty good. Opening hours are 12pm to 8pm daily. Had a good lunch here recently. Oklahoma style burger with Impossible beef patty with caramelised onion and cheese was better than your average veggie burger in Hong Kong. Combo included nicely fried tater tots (no salt) and lemonade (no sugar). Made for a healthy burger lunch in a fun setting. Look forward to having lunch here again next time visiting The Mills Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100–150 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
