Big brands can differ per location which is the case here and this does not reflect the brand as if. First the negatives and I'll end on a positive. There are dozens of empty tables, only 1 customer attending, seated at the window, and yet we are directed to a dirty table. Two staff and several dirty tables... The food shown in the pictures (Hotto Duo Hamburg) is not the food that arrived. It's smaller, the union was raw and it simply lacked a resemblance with the promotion. Food delivery was very slow and only moments before our drinks finally came. Positive was that everything else tasted great but I would not say this is worth the money they are charging. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿400–600 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
