This is our first time coming to Harbor Land Terminal 21. We have been to many Harbor Land in Thailand and this is the first time we had a bad experience with the Staff of Harbor Land. My son got injured while sliding down one of the steep slides. According to my son, the attendant gestured to him to cross his arms around his chest which he did and what he couldn't understand was that he was supposed to bend forward while sliding down. As a result of that, he scraped his knee at the side of the slide. I quickly informed the other staff and they cleaned up his wound. What I was not happy with, was that a child could get injured while playing here. To make matters worse, their full time staff by the name of Siam, came and explained that they viewed the cctv and it was my son not listening to their staff as he couldn't understand. I told him that of course we couldn't understand Thai language but he could at least speak to me politely rather than accusing it was my son's own fault. Instead of being apologetic he even raised his voice while talking to me and said that we didn't wear the Harbor Land socks. Insisted that we buy the socks which I did and when I told him that we will leave in a moment since the ambiance have became tensed. He said " You can leave if you want now". This is the first time we had such a bad experience at Harbour Land where this is a happy place for kids and their parents too but instead, we are going home upset and injured. On a positive note, their 2 other staff by the name of Ms Tong and Mr Ball have been very kind and kept on apologizing for the incident of which I told them it was not their fault. The best part was, Mr Siam left at 7pm on the dot leaving his colleagues behind to calm an upset mother. To all parents who are planning to come with their older kids, please make sure they be careful while sliding down steep slides.

No one in there. Similar to the one in bangkok. Pretty soulless. Worth a visit for the little fun of being in a giant Airport duty free with affordable price. Plenty od special offfers.
