Some amazing korean! An easy recommend. We ordered some kimbap and their pollock roe jjampong, which were both great. The jjampong was rich, creamy and had a lovely texture. The portion sizes were very satisfactory. The service was on the slower side but not bad overall. Booking a table is recommend, especially during busier hours. I recently went to this trendy Korean spot in Sai Ying Pun, and it was such a satisfying meal. The vibe feels modern and lively. First up, the BBQ pork belly with vegetables platter was absolutely delicious. The pork belly had that perfect balance—rich, savory, and beautifully caramelized—while the vegetables added a nice crisp, fresh bite to round everything out. Next, the army stew really impressed me—especially because it came with a full ramen inside. It was hearty and comforting. The bibimbap was another highlight. It tasted delicious with the really aromatic sesame oil. That nutty, fragrant sesame flavor really elevated the whole dish and made it feel extra rich and well-seasoned. For drinks, the strawberry latte was sweet, creamy, and refreshing without being overly heavy. I also ordered an iced peach tea, and it was super refreshing—light, fruity, and perfectly chilled. Finally, the Dubai chocolate cookie was the sweet ending. It tasted indulgent and rich. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A Modern Korean Twist with Mixed Feelings ️ High Street vibes with great lighting and a cool, modern approach to traditional Korean dishes The experience was good, but left me feeling a little underwhelmed. ღ Pork belly bba - The kimchi in the middle was a nice, refreshing touch that cut through the richness. But the pork belly itself was sliced a bit too thin, which meant it lacked that satisfying, substantial texture. ღ Kimchi seafood stew with cheese - This was surprisingly good! Was not expecting it to pack such a punch of flavours. The soup base had a rich umami flavour to itIt was spicy enough for a kick but not over powering (potentially adjusted for HK spice tolerance level). You can see bits and pieces of pollack at the bottom and the pork pieces are a flavour bomb. Do give this a try!
