Must visit! An intimate omakase experience centered around the ingredients and stories of Jeju. The dishes were highly creative, and the pairing of Korean beverages and cocktails complemented the menu perfectly. Each course was thoughtfully explained by the chef and accompanied by elegant menu cards detailing the dish and the special ingredients used. The tableware and chopsticks were equally impressive and perfectly reflected the restaurant’s theme, contributing to a cohesive and memorable dining experience. One of the best meal I had in the past several months. The setup and menu design is top level and food tastes amazing. The staffs are all very enthusiastic and welcoming. Yeoumul was such a unique experience that brought story and history into each of its dishes. It’s very different from your usual omakase experience, rather than giving nigiri piece after piece, Chef Jin curates creative dishes elevating your dining experience.
