Disappointed with their service standard especially the guy taking our order. Waited for more than an hour for our food!
Obviously our order was missed out when those came way later than us already had their food served.
Food turns out quite average. Bought 'Seafood Bee Hoon' and it's tasteless. Premium Bak Kut Teh only taste of pepper and nothing else. Oh and their drinks order was wrong.

Was there with hb on a Sunday morning, market was crowded as usual and it was raining, passed by this shop and was skeptical to try the BKT at first as there was no one in the shop, but bcoz we wanted to avoid the crowd and wanted something soupy and piping hot so we decided to give it a shot.
The concept of serving the soup in claypot over burning charcoal and allowing additional orders of mushroom, tofu, bean curd skin and some other meat like how it works as a claypot steamboat with BKT soup base is really perfect.
We ordered herbal BKT soup & rice for 2 pax, salted veg and peanuts and extra beancurd skin and one drink and paid $28+ which is still acceptable, as the soup was flavourful without any overpowering herbal taste, the ribs were tender, not like some places whereby the soup is nice but the meat is tough. They were not stingy with their portions and we did not felt thirsty after dat. Will be there again if we happen to be in the area.
