I ordered the Hong Kong Style Egg Waffle, priced at $15. However, based on my recent visit, I found that the waffle did not meet my expectations. While the price is relatively cheap, the waffle lacked the desired crispiness on the outside and didn't have enough egg flavor. It seemed to be mixed with other ingredients, which affected its overall quality. Personally, I would be willing to pay a little more for a higher-quality egg waffle. Nevertheless, Ying Heong Yuen offers other delicious street food options that might be worth exploring.
