Been to this Taipei JinHua area for Ronjin Gorgeous Times many times but did not have a chance to try this restaurant out. This is a small restaurant with typical Japanese sushi bar seating (approx 25seating) and run approx 2 sessions for lunch per day. Yoshusi JinHua, in my opinion, is one of the closest in term of freshest that could match those in Japan (at more friendlier prices). No menu, no picture , chef cheng offered us 4 options of sushi & chirasushi don with their recommended fish air flown from Japan while some of the seafood are local catches from Suao Yilan, east coast of taiwan. We had tuna, salmon, katsuo sushi plus chirasushi with mixes of Salmon, ikura, yakitamago & seaweed. We match the sushi with Tenbu Sake wine from Kagoshima. The lunch end with a nicely brew miso soup with salmon. The service staff are very alert and friendly. A piece of advice: make reservations few days before as the seats are limited. This restaurant for sure deserves a second/repeat visit. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1,000–1,200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely excellent omakase—maybe some of the best I’ve had anywhere! About NTD$2900 for the dinner. The chefs, servers, and staff are awesome. You might be able to get a walk in at around 17:30 but it’d recommend a reservation just to be safe! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
