2021/11/6 シンガポールにあるチェーン展開フローズンヨーグルト店。私は食べないので奥様がいつも食べているが美味しいらしい。トッピングに色々選べてなんだかかわいい感じ。チョコレートをトッピングとしてかけるのがポイントだね。。。日本人の皆さんにおすすめ～ 味 見た目 接客 価格

I would like to file a complaint regarding an unpleasant experience I had today (9 May) at around 6:55 PM at the Waterway Point outlet of Yolé. I entered the store intending to purchase some yogurt, but a staff member (whose name I did not manage to notice, and who appeared to be Malay) did not attend to me or take my order. During the time I was waiting, three other customers entered after me and were all served normally, while I continued to be ignored. This experience made me feel disrespected and unfairly treated. While I cannot confirm the staff member’s intentions and therefore do not want to directly accuse anyone of racial discrimination, the situation genuinely made me feel uncomfortable and disappointed. I hope the management will look into the matter seriously and provide proper staff training to ensure that all customers are treated equally and respectfully. This incident has negatively affected my impression of the outlet and has made me unwilling to visit this store again.
