Ordered yoghurt with salted caramel sauce. The sauce tasted off, with a rancid and oily flavour. Raised this to the staff and asked them to taste it. They said it was normal and refused to change the topping. Unfortunate experience, would suggest avoiding the salted caramel sauce. Poor customer service

The frozen yogurt was great. I ordered a medium-sized plain frozen yogurt with two toppings; I chose dried cranberries. The frozen yogurt tasted fantastic—refreshing and delicious, with just the right amount of tartness. The portion size was perfect, and the toppings were generous. The service was decent. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating, and the air conditioning was very comfortable.

As a Lotus/ Biscoff fanatic, I always make it a point to check out Yolé outlets when I travel, and this one stands out as my favorite for service. Yole Westgate! While other locations have been hit-or-miss, the staff here were super helpful in answering my questions about new orders and ingredients. Plus, they’re generous with portions unlike some places I’ve tried. I got a Lotus sauce and cookie twist with extra Lotus toppings, and it was amazing. Essentially like McFlurry but biscoff version hehe. Highly recommend for anyone craving a sweet treat! Edit: I usually prefer walking while indulging, but I couldn’t resist dining in! It’s spacious, peaceful, and impeccably clean!
