Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at this outlet. The aunty at the drink stall was loudly scolding throughout the entire time, creating a hostile and uncomfortable environment for all customers nearby. Her behavior was highly unprofessional and completely inappropriate in a customer service setting. This is not the first time she has acted this way, which makes the situation even more concerning. Management’s failure to address repeated behavior like this reflects very poorly on the business. I strongly urge the owner to take immediate and serious action regarding this staff member. Customers deserve a respectful and pleasant environment — not to be subjected to aggressive and disruptive behavior from staff. If no proper action is taken, it clearly shows a lack of accountability and care for customer experience. Service: 1

Very bad service from this Yong Li Coffee Station. Hope MP can remove them.
From beverage stall, talking Mandarin all the way. Hello this not China, please speak at least Simple English hor aunty. Working in a beverage stall in SG. Which part of me look Chinese?
Malay stall even worse, curry puff price not fixed. Up and down. When don’t want to fry curry puff, say only left sardine. Super long queue, slow service. After the long queue, come in front to pay, mak cik and pak cik attitude problem. Suka suka no small change. Aunty you business lei. How come you not prepared to have a small change? I queue so long, come in front I cannot get my food because you dont have small change. Not that I dont want to pay you. 1 time, 2 time I understand you all the time same problem. Dont like this la, people dont carry heavy coins all the time makcik.
Then rainy days, you jack up your puffs price.
Mama shop, please please I can only rely on you MAMA.
You have small change. But your order, take really really long. And your curry like plain water. Also if take special orders, ex no onions, no vegetables. You never follow instructions before. Never ever. I queue so long , come home want to eat open, got this got that. Funny funny thing inside. Respect lei macha.
Overall feeling not satisfied and apart from that wondering if I should report to relevant authorities.
As it is inconvenience for us to go to such a neighborhood coffeeshop.
