Very friendly bakers who put a lot of care into their food! We were visiting from the US and stopped here every morning for a new treat each day. The scones, cookies, pretzel bagel, and salt bread are DELICIOUS. Highly recommend. Thank you for taking such good care of us. We will remember you fondly! Yongtokki is a tiny bakery which sells only for take-out. The menu has changed a lot over the past months. You can find the current line-up on Instagram. When I went, there were salt breads, red bean buns, brioche, scones and lye rolls (stick-shaped pretzel). Ordering sandwiches based on the bread rolls was also possible. You get the impression that the owner puts a lot of effort into producing everything. Some of her creations look terribly cute. I arrived around 12pm and bought a couple of bakery items which tasted ok. Brioche should be softer and more greasy, though... I guess if I had come later in the day, they would've been much dryer. Prices are surprisingly low for Seoul. The bakery is very small, there are no seats available at all. It is located near Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (외대), so most of the walk-in customers are probably students.
