The food is really delicious, and the staff are always smiling and very friendly. I also really love the atmosphere of the place calm, cozy, and luxurious. The prices are very reasonable too. I truly hope to see improvements, you can tell they’ve put a lot of effort, passion, and creativity into the business and menu concept, and I genuinely hope to see them succeed in the future. I read many positive reviews about Yoonique House and was really looking forward to visiting, especially after seeing their concept about thoughtfully crafted dishes that “nourish the body, support radiant skin, and cultivate vitality.” First impression the restaurant itself is beautiful and cozy. I arrived around 12:15 PM and the restaurant was empty at the time. The waitress was friendly and informed me that 5 dishes were unavailable that day, including 2 items I originally wanted to try. Still, there were other menu items that interested me, so I ordered the Bulgogi Nachos (340 THB) and Green Goddess Salad (290 THB). The salad was refreshing, though slightly too sour for my personal taste but taste is subjective, so that wasn’t an issue for me. However, when the Bulgogi Nachos arrived, it looked very different from the photos shown on their online menu. I completely understand that real dishes may not look exactly like marketing photos, but this was noticeably different. Still, I believed what mattered most was the taste and quality. Unfortunately, the dish was extremely greasy and oily. The chips themselves were oily, and at the bottom of the plate there were around 2 tablespoons of oil left. I politely asked the waitress whether this was normal. She brought the dish back to the kitchen and later informed me that the chef said it was normal. Since I genuinely didn’t think serving that amount of oil with food was normal, I contacted the restaurant through Facebook during my meal. Their admin responded professionally and said they would conduct an internal review and apologized for the inconvenience. As my lunch break was ending, I informed the waitress again that the dish was not edible for me. She apologized once more. I could also see that there was no manager present at the restaurant at the time only two junior waitresses and kitchen staff. When I first arrived, I actually stood waiting for a while because one waitress was on her phone until a kitchen staff member pointed out that a customer was waiting. In the end, I paid for the Bulgogi Nachos (340 THB) plus 10% service charge and tax, even though I could barely eat the dish, and then left. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
