I had a very disappointing experience with my recent order. I ordered 3 items, but only 1 item was delivered. To make things worse, one of the dishes was completely missing. I’ve ordered from this outlet 10 times, and unfortunately, 5 of those orders had issues — either items were missing or the food arrived in poor condition. This is not a one-time mistake but a repeated problem. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 30–40 Food: 1

Dear Freddy, I’m really sorry about your experience, especially receiving only partial food items. I can imagine how frustrating that must have been. What concerns me even more is that this hasn’t just happened once, but several times, despite you ordering from us so often. That’s definitely not acceptable, and we’ve let you down here. Thank you for continuing to support us despite these issues — we truly appreciate it, and you deserve much better consistency than this. Ordered regular Gyudon and it came with miso soup and a drink. I had selected Sprite. Rice & beef was great. Tasted similar to the other restaurant that sold halal Gyudon. The miso soup, however, was terrible. Cannot drink it on its own. Had to mix with the Gyudon. Even then, only had a few spoon of the soup. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
