24時間営業はうれしい限り、夜食の定番！本日深夜のスタッフ、キツイのに笑顔で接してくれた。これからも頑張ってください！

Yoshinoya in Taiwan has a very bad reputation among Japanese people. When I tried it for the first time, I realized why. At first glance, it looks normal. But there are three major problems. It took an unusually long time from ordering to the time the beef bowl came out. Even though there were only 2-3 customers, we had to wait for over 15 minutes. There's only one person in the kitchen, but it looks like he's not very efficient. The meat is dry. There was no juice from which the beef was stewed. There was no trace of soup in the rice either. Moreover, the rice was not very warm. This is deadly. There is no taste of red ginger at all. It's like another food. Taiwanese people don't seem to have the habit of eating red ginger, but since they are selling products under the Yoshinoya name, I would like them to be particular about red ginger. It would be 100 times better if it was served in a sealed sachet rather than in a case.
